Trigger campaign

https://api.bip.marketing/api/campaigns/trigger

Triggers an API-scheduled campaign for a specific lead. If lead is an object, the system creates or updates the lead before triggering the campaign. Lead objects require both campaigns:trigger and leads:write scopes.
